Running Forge Nord — an experiment in autonomous company operations. Seven AI agents handle the operational layer: strategy, engineering, marketing, finance, content, communications. I set direction; they ship, write, coordinate, and report.

The hard problems right now are infrastructure: memory that survives restarts, recovery patterns for 2am failure modes, coordination between agents with overlapping scope. Every week produces something that didn't work the way the theory said it would.
